White Chocolate Blueberry Bites

Ingredients
  • 10oz bag High quality white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1cup Blueberries
  • Blue food coloring
Tools
  • 1 Candy piping bag
  • Toothpicks
  • Wax paper
  • 1 cookie sheet
Instructions
  1. Place wax paper over a cookie sheet.
  2. Fill a medium sized saucepan with a couple inches of water and boil. Turn the stove off and put a medium heatproof glass bowl over the saucepan. Then add half the bag of white chocolate. Melt the chocolate while gradually adding the rest of the bag. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fill candy piping bag with melted chocolate.
  4. On wax paper, pipe the white choclate into silver dollar sized rounds.
  5. Squeeze blue food coloring into a small ramekin. Working quickly, dip the toothpick into the color then swirl through the wet chocolate. Redip the the toothpick with color for each white chocolate bite.
  6. Plop on 1-3 berries on each bite.
  7. Put the bites into the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes

This recipe makes 30+ bites, depending on the size rounds you make. You can easily cut the recipe down by melting half the bag of chocolate wafers. Happy Making!
