Ingredients
  • 1cup cashewssoaked overnight
  • 1cup hot coffeestrong brew
  • 1Tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1Tablespoon coconut cream powderoptional
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2Tablespoons canned pumpkin pureeunsweetened
Instructions
  1. Soak one cup of cashews in water overnight.
  2. Strain the cashews and discard the water.
  3. Add all of the ingredents to a blender and blend for about a minute or until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
