Creamy Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
This creamy spinach and artichoke dip is the ultimate comfort food. It’s simple to make and great for gatherings. Rich cream cheese, truffle oil and chicken broth give this dip its cozy factor while lemon pepper adds a little zip!

  • 110 oz box Frozen chopped spinachthaw spinach and drain excess liquid
  • 1 1/2cups Mayonnaise
  • 1cup Cream cheese
  • 1oz can Artichokes
  • 1/2cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese set aside 1 teaspoon to sprinkle over the top
  • 1/2tablespoon White truffle oil to drizzle on top
  • 1/2tablespoon Lemon pepper
  1. Set oven temp to 375.
  2. Wrap defrosted spinach in a couple paper towels and twist to drain excess liquid over the sink. Add drained spinach to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drain liquid from the can of artichokes. Add artichokes to mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayo, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, chicken broth and lemon pepper to the mixing bowl.
  5. Using a spatula, fold all the ingredients together.
  6. After the ingredients are mixed, scoop the mixture into a deep 16 oz baking dish.
  7. Then sprinkle on the extra parmesan cheese and drizzle the truffle oil on top.
  8. Place baking dish in the oven for 35-45 minutes.
