This creamy, hot spinach and artichoke dip is the ultimate comfort food. It’s simple to make and great for gatherings. Rich cream cheese, truffle oil, and chicken broth give this dip its cozy factor while lemon pepper adds a little zip!
Most of the ingredients needed you probably already have. Nothing too fancy here except the truffle oil, which I highly suggest not skipping. It really sets this dip apart from your average spinach dip. I also went with a salt-free lemon pepper as we get plenty of salt from the parmesan cheese.
I cooked the dip shown here in the oven; however, it is also perfect for the crockpot, just add 3-4 hours for cooking. What’s also great about this recipe is you can easily adjust it as needed by doubling or tripling the ingredients. I honestly can sit and eat mounds of this stuff, I often pair it with pita chips, whole grain corn chips or my favorite, a nice baguette! YUM!
I hope you enjoy this scrumptious dip as much as I do! If you like this post, leave me a comment! Also, tag your finished makes on Instagram using #blissmakes
